As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a key role in our Centralized Services team. This position involves managing accurate schedules by updating master templates, handling vacancy coverage, and collaborating with supervisors. Your organizing skills will be critical to minimizing overtime and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate location schedules posted three months ahead
• Communicate sick and shift cancellations with supervisors
• Liaise with Casual Team Supervisor for staffing needs
• Manage job postings based on location requirements
• Approve or deny overtime and shift change requests
Requirements:
• Minimum two years administrative experience required
• Experience in logistics is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office essential
• Familiarity with HR management systems is a plus
• Ability to obtain Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certification
