Key Responsibilities:
• Provide in-person academic support during labs and workshops
• Assist students with online learning navigation
• Support instructors by monitoring attendance and submissions




• Respond to student inquiries and direct to necessary resources
• Help set up instructional materials for classes

Requirements:
• Completion of a diploma/degree in Healthcare services preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Teams and basic troubleshooting
• Experience with adult learners beneficial
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
