Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project plans, schedules, and meetings efficiently
• Prepare meeting agendas, track action items, and ensure follow-ups
• Manage documents and QA/QC processes for compliance
• Standardize SharePoint and Teams file structures for clarity
• Support the creation of cost estimates and budget tracking
Requirements:
• Diploma/degree in business, engineering, or environmental science
• 3-5 years’ experience in project coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools including Excel and SharePoint
• Experience handling project financials and documentation
• Solid communication skills and attention to detail
