Responds to resident or family member concerns and ensures appropriate action is taken
Reports any complaints and concerns to the MLTC director as required
Investigates and completes required follow-up for any concerns and complaints brought forward
Coordination of the Annual Care Conference Program
Accountable for the highest standard of resident care and quality of life being provided to the residents
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' relevant management experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Long Term Care
Current certificate of competence with the provincial College of Nursing as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Post secondary education in nursing, nursing administration and gerontology
Diploma or certificate in organizational management
