Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and lead warranty and service schedules
• Collaborate with managers to allocate labor resources




• Support training and onboarding for the field team
• Conduct meetings on best practices
• Assist with inspections and site audits as needed

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of field construction or solar experience
• Preferred: PV design or electrical experience
• High School diploma required
• Valid Electrical Journeyman certification preferred
• Knowledge of NEC codes and electrical principles
