Akari Care is seeking a Deputy Manager for one of its elderly care homes. You will work with the Home Manager and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure high-quality nursing and residential care with open communication and effective HR and budgetary controls.
You will mentor teams, promote personalised care, support training and development, and provide confident leadership during emergencies to deliver compassionate and reliable resident services.
