The Peter Munk Cardiac Centre is seeking experienced Cardiac Sonographers to perform echocardiograms and play a vital role in diagnosing complex cardiac issues. This temp role offers a chance to utilize cutting-edge technology while engaging with a diverse patient population. You will be responsible for ultrasound imaging, troubleshooting equipment, writing reports, and enhancing patient care through various responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform ultrasound imaging procedures for patient diagnosis
• Operate and troubleshoot echocardiology equipment




• Prepare written and electronic documentation of procedures
• Assist in related patient handling responsibilities
• Participate in educational and quality improvement activities

Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized post diploma C.P.I. program
• Minimum two years recent cardiac ultrasound experience
• Basic Cardiac Life Support Level II Certification
• Registration with CMRITO and Sonography Canada
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
