We are seeking a driven and successful Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This position will play a critical role in supporting a fast - growing business and refin e the accompanying financial processes . In addition to being an excellent analyst, we are seeking a candidate with strong business acumen. The candidate will be required to think beyond the immediate scope of the job and understand the larger picture of the company. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Review and generate insights on financial performance as compared to budgeted and prior year activity, including comprehensive variance and trend analysis and explanations.

Participate in the preparation of annual budgets.





Develop a multichannel dashboard with operational and financials measurements (customer acquisition, conversion rates, profitability etc.)

Enhance analytical tools (databases and reporting ) to understand change in product mix/profitability.

Assess effectiveness of promotional activities (including discounting and advertising) and competitiveness of pricing.

D rive change within the existing financial and transactional system s. Assist in implementing new systems.

P rovide analy sis (ROI, Cash Flow) in support of operational investments (warehouse, IT infrastructure etc.)

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting , Finance or Economics .

At least 3 years of relevant business experience .

Ability and desire to interface with all functional areas of the company .

Strong, working knowledge of financial statements .

Advanced Excel skills, demonstrated by proven ability to manipulate large amounts of data, create and manage pivot tables and complex formulas; database skills are a plu s .

A high level of motivation, drive , self-management, and effective interpersonal skills .

Excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills .
