Reporting to the Manager, you will oversee Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Communicative Disorders Assistants (CDAs). This role emphasizes multi-tiered support frameworks and the implementation of inclusive communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical leadership to SLPs and CDAs
• Ensure compliance with CASLPO standards
• Coordinate equitable service delivery across schools
• Lead departmental initiatives for continuous improvement
• Collaborate on inclusive learning environments

Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Minimum five years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
• Solid understanding of AAC and MTSS
• Commitment to equity and inclusion practices
