In this critical role within our Research & Development team, you'll collaborate closely with IC design and test teams. Leverage your 3-5 years of semiconductor experience to develop test plans, characterize ICs, and ensure quality across product lifecycles. Your analytical skills will be essential in transforming data into actionable insights for product success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with design teams for test plan creation
• Conduct bench-level testing and IC characterization
• Analyze ATE test data for performance insights
• Support test program development and debug needs
• Establish ATE production test limits efficiently
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 3-5 years' experience
• Robust analytical skills in power semiconductor evaluation
• Hands-on experience with product characterization methods
• Understanding of semiconductor product lifecycle
• Must obtain a Secret Clearance for controlled goods
