Your expertise in operational development, process improvement, and analytics will enhance business initiatives. You will leverage both technical and communication skills to translate requirements into innovative solutions and support project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct operational assessments and chance analyses
• Design and build effective operational solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements gathering
• Monitor performance metrics against KPIs
• Maintain governance standards and documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration
• 3–5 years in operations or process improvement
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications and data visualization tools
• Experience with SQL and operational workflow automation
