This role focuses on authoring and verifying rigorous academic content across various psychology domains, including Human Factors, Consumer Psychology, and more. You will author challenging multiple-choice questions or verify pre-written ones, ensuring clarity and rigor while establishing benchmarks for AI advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Author original, complex multiple-choice psychology questions
• Ensure clarity and completeness in problem statements
• Rate question difficulty for effective benchmarking
• Supply academic references using peer-reviewed literature
• Flag and justify edits during question verification tasks
Requirements:
• PhD, PsyD, or doctoral candidate in Psychology
• Robust command of psychological theory and research methods
• Excellent written communication in English
• Clinical licensure or relevant publications are a plus
• Availability for 10+ hours per week in an asynchronous setting
