Are you fully bilingual in French and English and passionate about connecting talent with opportunities? We are seeking a Bilingual Sourcing Specialist to support recruitment across Canada. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both official languages are essential as you engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
You will identify top talent, build candidate pipelines, and support recruitment strategies to meet business needs.

Your Day to Day:

The Sourcing Specialist if responsible for sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines for a large variety of roles across Canada. This role will take responsibility for:
Screen candidates, including initial phone screens and present shortlisted candidates to Recruitment Business Partners.
Scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
Build talent pools and talent pipelines for all roles




Support Recruitment Business Partner on head hunting and passive sourcing strategies
Support recruitment administration
Support HR projects as delegated
Additional tasks as assigned
What You Bring to the Table:
Strong communication skills in both English and French, verbal and written
Strong intuitive judgment when assessing candidates.

Required Qualifications
Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is mandatory. You must be comfortable conducting interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing written correspondence in both languages.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong judgment and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Bonus Points For:
HR Certificate or Diploma, or relevant experience
Customer Service Experience
Experience with SAP Applicant Tracking System
Experience using job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Ability to act with tact, positive judgement and discretion
