In this vital role, you will support planning efforts and execute technology readiness activities for branch openings and moves. Working collaboratively with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders, you will coordinate activities, inventory assets, and document processes. Your strong troubleshooting skills and experience with Microsoft systems will be crucial in delivering effective support throughout the transition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support branch openings and office relocations
• Complete onsite technology and network readiness tasks
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
• Document technology assets and create SOPs
• Provide hands-on cutover support for end-users
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware and network operations
• Experience in deskside support and configuration management
