Key Responsibilities:
• Act as site representative ensuring compliance with standards
• Plan and coordinate geotechnical investigations and field campaigns
• Design rock wall stability and deformation studies
• Train engineering candidates in field control techniques
• Collaborate with the engineering team on project consistency
Requirements:
• University degree in mining or geological engineering
• Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
• Minimum 5 years in mining, 3 years in rock mechanics
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and explosives license
• Knowledge of mining laws and regulations
