You will assist the Director of Wellness in achieving resident wellness goals and ensure compliance with health standards. Responsibilities include managing medication audits and coordinating physician visits, making this role crucial for resident care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating and maintaining resident wellness goals
• Administer medication audits and maintain health information




• Support wellness team and coordinate with physicians
• Champion health and safety practices within the home
• Assist in care planning execution with team members

Requirements:
• RPN or higher designation with College of Nurses registration
• 3-5 years of nursing experience required
• Supervisor experience in healthcare settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of MS Office and EMAR software
