Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee community safety team management and training

Requirements:
• 6–7 years relevant experience with degree
• Solid leadership and team management abilities
• Knowledge of safety protocols and risk assessment
• Excellent communication and judgment skills
• Valid BC Driver’s License and willingness to travel
