Stantec is seeking a highly skilled Digital Enablement Specialist for our Water Business Line Delivery Centers. This role emphasizes utilizing Microsoft 365 and AI to improve communication, standardize workflows, and elevate project delivery. You will work with stakeholders to implement practical solutions that are secure and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI use cases
• Assess feasibility and ROI of identified opportunities
• Train users through various formats on AI tools




• Develop and maintain training materials and resources
• Design and implement automation workflows using Power Platform

Requirements:
• 5+ years in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform
• Solid knowledge of Copilot and AI systems
• Excellent communication across technical levels
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and multi-business collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
