Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all building services-related activities
Ensure operation and maintenance of facilities in a safe, reliable, and compliant manner
Recruit, train, develop and manage performance of direct reports
Maintain responsibility for facility maintenance, repairs, and minor renovations
Ensure effective programs for calibration of building systems
Develop and manage the cost center budget
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using CI tools
Requirements Engineering Degree / Technologist Diploma (preferably Mechanical) or a Second Class Stationary Engineering Certificate (minimum)
Post-graduate courses in building systems are desirable
8+ years’ experience in the management of a large physical plant
Demonstrated expertise in energy management and large-scale facility management
Valuable knowledge and demonstrated experience with Building Automation Systems
