Job Description Summary En tant que Chef de projet principal (Lead Project Manager), vous serez responsable de la planification et de l'exécution des contrats, depuis la réunion de transfert jusqu'à la gestion de la Qualité, des Coûts et des Délais (QCD) de l'ensemble du processus d'exécution. Vous devrez garantir une livraison dans les délais conformément aux clauses contractuelles, assurer un haut niveau de satisfaction client, et contrôler ainsi qu'optimiser la marge brute et la trésorerie liées aux contrats. As a Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing contracts starting from transfer meeting to managing the Quality, Cost, and Delivery of the entire execution process by ensuring on time delivery according to contractual terms, high level of customer satisfaction and controlling and improving the Gross Margin and cash related to contracts. Responsabilités essentielles Effectuer : La commande du client et la comparer avec le devis de GE lors du transfert du dossier de projet du groupe commercial à la gestion de projet. La Facturation selon les termes du contrat La clôture administrative du projet. Diriger : Le lancement du projet avec tous les contributeurs internes et attribution des rôles et responsabilités. Le lancement avec le client pour communiquer la nature du travail qui sera effectué et clarifier tout problème dans la commande. Les réunions de suivi du projet (internes et externes). Notamment les réunions de suivi de production. Toutes les activités liées au projet (approvisionnement, logistique, douanes, finances...). Assurer le suivi des dépenses du projet par rapport au budget (coût, matériaux, main d'œuvre)



et le département des achats de GE sur les livraisons des fournisseurs. Informer régulièrement le client de l'avancement du projet. Produire le rapport d'analyse post-mortem du projet. Responsable de l'émission des ordres de modification et de l'amélioration des processus de gestion de projet : préparation et suivi de projet, contrats de service, etc.
Essential Responsibilities Perform: Customer order review and compare with the GE quote upon transfer of the project file from the Commercial group to Project management. Invoicing according to the contract terms Administrative closing of the project. Lead: Project kick-off meeting with all internal contributors and assign roles and responsibilities. Customer kick-off meeting to communicate the nature of the work that will be done and clarify any issues in the order. Draft project follow-up meeting summaries (internal and external) Coordinate all activities related to the project (procurement, logistics, customs, finance…) Follow project spend vs budget (cost, materials, labor) & GE procurement department on supplier deliveries Communicate and inform the customer of project progress on a regular basis. Produce the project Post-Mortem analysis report Responsible to issue the variation orders & to improve the project management processes: project preparation, Service contracts, etc.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or Engineering Minimum 5 years of relevant Project Management experience.



Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% of the time Perfectly Bilingual (English/French) spoken & written Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. SAP Knowledge Experience in the high voltage transmission market Comply with pre-employment screening, including verification and background check. Eligible to work in Canada
