What You’ll Be Doing- Design and build scalable Java applications that handle real user traffic- Jump in to debug critical issues and keep everything running smoothly- Make architectural decisions that shape our entire platform- Collaborate with product, ops, and customer success teams to solve problems together- Mentor other developers and help level up the entire team- Pick up new projects quickly and drive them across the finish lineWhat We’re Looking For- 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience- Strong grasp of Java fundamentals (generics, lambdas, concurrency)- Solid experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring WebFlux- Expert-level SQL and MySQL skills- Production experience with Redis, AWS, Docker,

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on Java development experience

Solid grasp of Java fundamentals (generics, lambdas, concurrency)

Solid experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring WebFlux

Expert-level SQL and MySQL skills

Production experience with Redis, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes

Someone who writes tests because you actually care about code quality

Great at reading existing code and making it better

A problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
