Senior Application Support Analyst/ Lead to provide AVEVA Commercial Advisor support Our enterprise Oil & Gas industry client is seeking a Senior Application Support Analyst/ Lead to provide AVEVA Commercial Advisor support.
This is an initial 1-year contract with a strong possibility of extension or conversion into a full-time employee position. The successful candidate will be local to Calgary and aligned with working 5 days per week onsite.
Must-Haves:
Strong hands-on AVEVA Commercial Advisor experience
AVEVA configuration and administration skills
Experience providing technical/application support
Ability to work directly with business stakeholders
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in a techno-functional or technical lead capacity
Experience gathering requirements and translating them into configurations/solutions
Experience with testing, implementations, or system enhancements
Broader AVEVA product/ecosystem experience
Key Responsibilities:
Provide configuration, administration, and technical support for AVEVA Commercial Advisor.
Troubleshoot issues and support day-to-day system operations.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Support configuration changes, enhancements, testing, and deployments.
Progress toward a techno-functional role, bridging business needs and technical solutions.
Serve as a subject-matter expert and potential technical lead for the platform.
