This role, reporting to the Regional Manager, focuses on establishing strong client relationships and offering personalized coverage options. You will engage with clients to understand their needs while helping to cross-sell additional insurance products. Success in this position involves meeting individual growth targets and managing a Personal Lines Book of Business effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on personal insurance options
• Achieve individual sales and growth targets yearly
• Retain and grow the assigned Personal Lines Book
• Conduct annual policy reviews for clients
• Provide support for Autopac transactions

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in personal lines insurance
• Current Level 2 or 3 Manitoba Insurance License
• Familiarity with various insurance lines is preferred
• Experience with EPIC is a plus
• Solid organizational and multitasking skills
