Lead energetic project teams in managing Regional Vertical infrastructure projects with the Region of Durham. Drive construction excellence and develop strategic tender documents to enhance project success.

As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will report directly to the Project Supervisor. Your leadership will guide multidisciplinary teams through the entirety of tendering and construction phases for vital infrastructure including pumping stations and reservoirs. Collaborate closely with various stakeholders and ensure adherence to regulations and standards throughout your projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project teams during tendering and construction phases
• Develop and coordinate project-specific tender documents
• Maintain Regional Standard Specifications and contract conditions




• Manage project scheduling for tendering activities
• Conduct technical reviews of design drawings and specifications

Requirements:
• Three-year diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or related field
• Registration or eligibility with O.A.C.E.T.T.
• Several years of contract administration experience
• Strong knowledge of relevant Ontario regulations and standards
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and Microsoft Office
