WAHA is seeking an experienced Primary Care Paramedic to join its dedicated team. In this critical role, you will deliver pre-hospital care per provincial regulations and collaborate with health professionals. Your responsibilities will include providing patient education and emergency medical services while acknowledging the cultural significance of the communities you serve.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide pre-hospital care according to provincial regulations
• Liaise with physicians and care coordinators effectively




• Support patients with education and follow-up care
• Deliver appropriate emergency medical interventions
• Understand public health and social issues affecting the community

Requirements:
• Meet all Ambulance Act employment requirements
• Valid certification for controlled medical act within 60 days
• Diploma in Paramedicine and A-EMCA completion
• Certification in Semi-Automatic Defibrillation
• Communication in the local Cree language is an asset
