As part of the Corporate Office, you will support the Corporate Director and General Managers in British Columbia. Your past experience as a General Manager or in hotel operations leadership will greatly complement your ability to monitor guest satisfaction, analyze performance metrics, and promote best practices across the portfolio. Frequent travel to various hotels is a key aspect of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support operational priorities and special projects
• Identify challenges with General Managers and establish action plans




• Conduct regular hotel performance reviews and visits
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and service concerns
• Assist with technology implementation and recent systems
Requirements:
• Five or more years of hotel management experience
• Previous role as General Manager or Director of Operations
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and performance metrics
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently
