Become the Lessons Coordinator at Long & McQuade, managing all aspects of the Music Lesson Centre and enhancing the educational experience for students. Work closely with the Director of Music Education to uphold operational policies.
In this role, you will handle teacher recruitment, schedule management, and marketing strategies for the Lesson Centre. You will also oversee attendance records, resolve student-related issues, and coordinate group programs. A solid background in music education and excellent communication skills are key to succeeding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operations of the Music Lesson Centre
• Coordinate schedules for teachers and lesson rooms
• Register students and enforce relevant attendance policies




• Manage overdue accounts and teacher payments
• Evaluate teacher performance and manage staff training
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of instrumental music studies
• Solid knowledge of and experience in music education
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven sales ability in a lesson environment
• Availability for weekdays and weekends
