About NDT Global
NDT Global is the leading provider of inline diagnostic solutions, advanced data insights, subsea inspection, and integrity management services that safeguard energy-sector infrastructure. The company is recognized for its expertise in both ultrasonic inspection technologies—such as Pulse Echo, Pitch-and-Catch, Phased Array, and Acoustic Resonance (ART Scan)—and ultra-high-resolution Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) inspection services. These differentiated offerings, along with non-ultrasonic technologies like Inertial Measurement Units and others in development, enable NDT Global to deliver comprehensive asset integrity solutions.
Innovation is at the core of NDT Global's mission. We continuously challenge the boundaries of existing technologies to deliver transformational solutions that empower the industry to achieve safer, more cost-effective pipeline management. Our commitment to research and development drives the creation of vital new methods and tools that address the evolving needs of our customers while setting new industry standards.
By strategically applying inspection technologies to detect, diagnose, and model various types of threats, NDT Global provides predictive, decision-ready insights. These insights, driven by the world’s most accurate data, enable asset owners to optimize infrastructure health, drive operational efficiencies, reduce risk, and minimize their carbon footprint
Purpose The AI Program Manager is responsible for leading NDT Global's enterprise AI adoption program and enabling the practical, secure, and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence across the organization. Acting as an internal advisor and AI adoption champion, the role helps business teams understand emerging AI capabilities, develop AI skills, and confidently integrate approved AI technologies into their daily work. The AI Program Manager serves as a trusted guide, helping employees navigate the rapidly evolving AI landscape while fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and responsible AI use. The role owns the Enterprise AI Adoption Roadmap , ensuring a coordinated and strategic approach to AI enablement across the company. Working closely with IT, the Business Data Architecture team, Cybersecurity, HR, Legal, and business leaders , the AI Program Manager promotes enterprise AI capabilities that align with NDT's technology strategy, governance principles, and business priorities. The AI Program Manager enables business success but does not own business outcomes. Responsibility for identifying opportunities, redesigning business processes, and realizing productivity improvements remains with each business function.
Success in this role is measured by the effective execution of the Enterprise AI Adoption Roadmap, increased adoption of approved AI platforms across the organization, growth in employee AI literacy and confidence, expansion of the AI Champions community, and positive engagement from business teams with AI enablement services. The role also contributes to maintaining a secure, responsible,
and well-governed AI environment while continuously identifying new opportunities to enhance NDT's enterprise AI capabilities.
Responsibilities The AI Program Manager develops, maintains, and continuously evolves NDT Global's Enterprise AI Adoption Roadmap, establishing enterprise priorities, adoption milestones, and AI enablement initiatives aligned with the company's business and technology strategy.
The AI Program Manager enables rather than executes. Business functions own their transformation and operational outcomes, while the AI Program Manager provides the guidance, education, governance, and enterprise capabilities that help them succeed. The role champions a business-first approach to AI adoption, promotes responsible and secure use of emerging technologies, encourages experimentation and continuous learning, and helps ensure that AI becomes a practical productivity tool embedded in the everyday work of NDT employees.
The role monitors AI industry trends, evaluates emerging enterprise AI capabilities, and recommends new opportunities that can create value for the organization. Progress, adoption maturity, and roadmap evolution are regularly communicated to senior leadership to ensure alignment and informed decision-making.
As NDT's trusted AI advisor , the AI Program Manager partners with business leaders to identify opportunities where approved AI technologies can enhance day-to-day work. The role provides guidance on AI capabilities, facilitates the evaluation and adoption of enterprise AI tools, and helps departments confidently integrate AI into their existing ways of working. While supporting business teams throughout their AI adoption journey, the role does not own the implementation of business improvements or the realization of productivity gains.
The AI Program Manager is responsible for building AI literacy across the organization through awareness programs, workshops, demonstrations, and practical training. The role develops best practices, reusable guidance, prompt libraries, and learning resources while establishing and supporting a network of AI Champions who encourage knowledge sharing and adoption within their respective business areas.
Working collaboratively with IT, Cybersecurity, the Business Data Architecture team, HR, and Legal, the AI Program Manager promotes the secure, responsible, and compliant use of AI technologies.
The role supports the evolution of enterprise AI governance, evaluates new AI platforms for business adoption, and helps ensure that AI capabilities are introduced in alignment with NDT's security, technology architecture, and governance standards.
