You will collaborate with operations and HSE teams to promote a proactive safety culture, focusing on hazard identification and risk mitigation. Strong communication and field presence are essential to this role, engaging with personnel and ensuring compliance with safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular site inspections and compliance audits
• Maintain a strong field presence to promote secure practices
• Facilitate toolbox talks and safety meetings




• Verify completion of safety documentation and assessments
• Support incident investigations and follow-up activities

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Occupational Health and Safety
• Minimum three years of safety experience in construction
• Knowledge of BC Hydro HSE standards is a plus
