As a Business Services Officer, you will work directly with clients and researchers to develop service opportunities that align with the needs of the Construction Research Centre. This is a crucial role where your organizational and analytical skills will drive business management activities alongside Business Development Officers. Collaboration and communication are key to ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop client technical service opportunities based on Director’s directives
• Collaborate with clients and researchers to outline project deliverables




• Prepare contracts and update opportunities in the CRM system
• Support marketing activities, including report preparation
• Benchmark best practices within the NRC Business Development community

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or Business Administration
• Experience in sales or client service in a technical context
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication proficiency
• Knowledge of contract negotiation an asset
