Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve resident and family satisfaction targets
• Plan and implement diverse resident activities monthly
• Manage and motivate recreation staff and volunteers
• Maintain and monitor departmental budget
• Develop and enhance resident programs collaboratively

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Recreation Therapy
• Minimum one year in a healthcare setting
• Two years in program planning within seniors’ care
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in Activity Pro and care planning software
