Key Responsibilities:
• Lead safety and GMP compliance initiatives on the production floor
• Supervise maintenance teams for equipment upkeep and repairs
• Implement and enhance maintenance programs for efficiency
• Schedule proactive maintenance activities and prioritize tasks
• Conduct root cause investigations to resolve equipment issues
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in maintenance
• At least three years in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge including automation
• Proficient in maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
