Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage Salesforce platform architecture
• Design scalable solutions for donor engagement and service delivery
• Define integration paths with other business systems




• Assess and recommend new Salesforce capabilities
• Ensure data governance across the entire ecosystem

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 8–10 years in enterprise Salesforce solutions
• Minimum 5 years leading technical teams
• Experience with Nonprofit Cloud implementation
• Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
