Job Description
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Finance and Audit Technology team are seeking a technical resource to support our existing Accounts Payable / Fixed Assets (APFA) vendor products in a technical and administrative capacity. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to support day-to-day operations, implement approved changes, and help maintain the stability and effectiveness of our APFA systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a Windows-based environment, has strong communication skills, and is eager to learn new technologies and applications.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Provide technical and administrative support for APFA vendor products
Work with business partners to gather requirements and implement system changes
Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and routine maintenance activities
Assist with SQL queries, data validation, and basic data analysis
Document support activities, changes, and procedures as needed
Learn and adapt to new applications, tools, and support processes
Support Windows server-based environments and related technologies
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must have:
Technical experience working with Windows servers
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with business partners and technical teams
Eagerness to learn current applications and technologies
SQL experience
Nice -to-have:
Previous Accounts Payable / Fixed Assets experience or knowledge
C# programming experience
Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains / SAP / Epicor Kinetic e10 experience
