Strong communication with stakeholders, including Dow and contractors, is essential to align on service levels and operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide site leadership and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Coordinate staff hiring, training, and performance management
• Oversee railcar loading, unloading, and maintenance




• Develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Manage day-to-day site budgeting and financial control

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
• 8+ years of site leadership experience in logistics or petrochemical
• Knowledge of rail operations and PLC systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Relevant HSE certifications preferred
