Caron Equipment Inc. is currently seeking an experienced anddependable AZ Float Truck Driver to join our team. The successful candidatewill be responsible for the timely delivery of scheduled loads in a safe andefficient manner. This role requires strong communication and people skills,excellent planning and organization, the ability to manage multiple priorities,and close attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensurethe timely delivery of scheduled loads in a safe and efficient manner.
Conductdaily vehicle safety inspections and ensure the vehicle is in valuable workingorder.
Demonstratea commitment to personal safety and the safety of others by following allcompany and site-specific safety policies and procedures.
Participatein all required training, including training required for Heavy EquipmentOperators.
Applya detailed understanding of mining, industrial, and/or civil constructionmethods when performing work.
Adhereto all safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
Workas a supportive team member and build respectful working relationships.
Performother related duties as required.
Qualifications:
ValidAZ driver’s licence and a safe driving record.
Minimumof 2 years of related experience.
Experiencewithin the mining, construction, or industrial sector is considered anasset.
Goodinterpersonal and communication skills.
Strongplanning, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Abilityto work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibleand dependable.
Abilityto work rotating shifts and extended hours.
