WesternIC, in collaboration with Western University, seeks an experienced instructor for two vital courses: Communication Skills and Collaborative Work Environments. This position requires a strong background in intercultural communication, alongside at least five years of teaching experience, particularly with international students. You will use equity-informed and culturally responsive teaching methods to foster student success in both academic and collaborative settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging instruction on course topics
• Facilitate learning through discussions and group work
• Model effective academic strategies for students

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in relevant field
• 5 years post-secondary teaching experience
