We are seeking a Caf Cook/Supervisor to be based at our Thurso Campus.

Responsibilities
The post holders will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of cost effective catering for College students, staff and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for the ordering of stock and ingredients ensuring all aspects of health & safety and compliance with statutory requirements in relation to food operations are adhered to. You will line manage and supervise our team of Café Assistants to ensure a professional service is delivered.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
The suitable candidates will hold industry related qualifications and have experience in working in a kitchen environment.
You should be highly organised and have excellent communication skills. Supervisory experience is preferred. Experience in budget management would be advantageous. A level of Gaelic ability would be advantageous to your application.

30 hours, Permanent Term Time contract hours between 8.30am and 3pm
