This one is about building the machine.DUER invented Performance Denim jeans built with stretch and technical fibres that you can bike, work,and live in. What started as one founder’s idea after 35+ years building product for Levi’s, Gap, Ralph Lauren, and Guess is now a brand sold at REI, Scheels, Sporting Life, and Simons, with a fast-growing ecommerce business, 14+ owned stores across North America, operations in the UK and EU, and our own factory in Lahore, Pakistan. Not many brands our size own their supply chain from fabric to storefront. Ours does. We’re on a path to roughly triple the business over the next few years new stores, recent categories, new markets. That only works if planning, supply chain, and sourcing scale ahead of the growth. That’s the job.

You’ll have a seat on the leadership team, a direct line to the COO and co-founder, and a mandate to build the operating model that takes DUER to its next chapter.

The Role
You’ll own the engine that connects Product to our customers across every channel - wholesale, owned retail, and ecommerce. Planning is the centre of gravity: you’ll drive DUER’s S&OP; process and be the person who makes sure the right product lands in the right place at the right time, globally, across three channels. Your team spans our Vancouver HQ, a remote distribution centre team, and team members embedded with vendors overseas. You’ll also lead one of the most ambitious parts of our strategy: making AI and data the foundation of how we forecast, plan, and operate.

AI-driven demand forecasting as a core capability, not a side project

Supply chain, distribution & logistics

Distribution centre operations and the build-out of our U.S. fulfillment network

Inventory flow, freight, and logistics across an international, multi-channel business

Sourcing strategy, production planning, and quality across our vendor base, including our own factory

S&OP; becomes the heartbeat of the company, a process the whole leadership team plans around

Forecast accuracy climbs, inventory works harder, and full-price sell-through improves season over season

Our U.S. fulfillment capability comes online and delivery gets faster and cheaper

Your team grows in capability and confidence, and the operating model scales without breaking as revenue multiplies

Who You Are

A deep planner. You’ve led merchandise, demand, allocation, and supply planning, and run an S&OP; process that actually drove decisions, not a monthly meeting people tolerate.

A scale-up operator. You’ve been inside growth from ~$100M to ~$250M (or close to it) and know what breaks along the way, because you’ve fixed it.

A leader of people. You’ve built teams across HQ, remote sites, and vendor partners, and you hold your own at the leadership table.

High agency.



You want hard problems and real impact on a business, not a caretaker role.

A systems thinker. You see the whole flow from product creation to customer, not just your function.

AI-first. You ask what AI and data can do before adding headcount or process, and you’re energized by building that muscle into a company.

Credible on systems. You don’t need to write code, but you can drive a roadmap across ERP, WMS, planning, and data platforms.

Strongly preferred

Omni-channel experience across all three: wholesale (direct, agents, and distributors), owned retail, and ecommerce

International experience beyond the U.S. and Canada
