This full time temporary role requires an expert in health care, disability, and attendance management. You will work on the design and implementation of HR services, manage return-to-work processes, and provide guidance on accommodations and attendance issues. Be a leader in developing educational programs for physicians, managers, and union representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic guidance on accommodations and attendance policies
• Manage return to work processes with external insurance providers




• Develop and deliver training for managers and staff
• Support grievance procedures and policy development
• Foster partnerships with community and system stakeholders

Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in health care or attendance management
• Master of Social Work (MSW) or related degree
• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or health-related field
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
