Monks is seeking a Senior Designer to shape visual expression across social content, film, activations, and brand touchpoints. You will translate ideas into cohesive design, collaborating with Design Directors and multidisciplinary teams to maintain a distinctive, culture-forward language.
You’ll lead crafted visuals, establish scalable design systems, and mentor junior designers while delivering high-volume, rapid-turn projects across platforms.
