Your role involves maintaining adherence to ACT Program Standards, ensuring a culture of recovery, and fostering an environment of clinical excellence. You will be pivotal in driving service delivery, financial management, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical leadership for interdisciplinary ACT Teams




• Ensure fidelity to ACT model and OAAF ACT Program Standards
• Oversee client admissions, service transitions, and crisis responses
• Manage day-to-day operations and staffing models
• Lead ongoing quality improvement and performance monitoring

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant health profession
• Minimum five years of leadership experience in community mental health
• Knowledge of recovery-oriented practices and ACT standards
• Solid leadership and communication skills
