As the Manager of the Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT), you will provide vital leadership and oversee two interdisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals dedicated to serving adults with severe mental illness. Your role involves maintaining adherence to ACT Program Standards, ensuring a culture of recovery, and fostering an environment of clinical excellence. You will be pivotal in driving service delivery, financial management, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical leadership for interdisciplinary ACT Teams
• Ensure fidelity to ACT model and OAAF ACT Program Standards
• Oversee client admissions, service transitions, and crisis responses
• Manage day-to-day operations and staffing models
• Lead ongoing quality improvement and performance monitoring
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant health profession
• Minimum five years of leadership experience in community mental health
• Knowledge of recovery-oriented practices and ACT standards
• Solid leadership and communication skills
• Valid Ontario Class G Driver's License required
