The Role
The Maintenance Mechanic - Millwright is responsible for the repair and maintenance of processing and packaging equipment to ensure ongoing, cost-effective operations, in a continuous operation, multi-shift environment.
What You Get To Do
Repair and maintain packaging equipment and high-speed PLC-controlled equipment
Repair and maintain processing and material handling equipment
Carry out requirements of Preventative Maintenance programs
Perform facility repairs as required
What You Bring To The Role
Millwright License (433A) is required
Industrial Electrician License (442A) an asset
Previous experience in a food manufacturing or GMP environment
3-5 years' experience in repair and overhaul, troubleshooting of processing, packaging,
and material handling equipment in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with the following equipment is an asset: IMA, Mespic, Hayssen

The current shift pattern is a 5-day x 8 hours MAD Rotation:
Midnight 11:00PM-7:30AM
Afternoon 3:00PM-11:30PM
Day 7:00AM-3:30PM
