Manage the day-to-day activities for planning, coordination, and delivery of Salesforce Field Service and related system initiatives using Agile practices
Manage a team of 4-6 developers to deliver business requirements and enhance system features
Work closely with the Systems Specialist, managing activities related to roadmap delivery, integrations, system upgrades, and operational support
Manage work intake, sequencing, and delivery using JIRA as the system of record for development and Salesforce for user support
Translate prioritized backlog items into executable 2-week sprints and monthly release plans
Manage activities across configuration, development, testing, deployment, and post-release validation
Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members to support skill development and high performance
Manage team workload and capacity, including unplanned work, priority churn, and scope creep
Guide and oversee Agile ceremonies
Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as a manager delivering Salesforce or enterprise IS solutions
3+ years of working in Agile delivery environments with teams adopting Agile ways of working
3+ years of solid working knowledge of JIRA for backlog, sprint and delivery management
3+ years of coordinating work with a development team




Experience working within Salesforce ecosystem
Ability to learn and understand software programs and new systems
Excellent interpersonal skills, combined with strong verbal and written communication skills
