Key Responsibilities:
• Manage shift scheduling and team assignments
• Oversee production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers




• Enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Communicate effectively with Plant Managers and other Supervisors
• Ensure quality control meets specified standards

Requirements:
• 3-5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean principles and production processes
• Ability to work on shifts as needed
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Understanding of Health and Safety Standards
