We are seeking an experienced Climbing Arborist - Crew Lead to join our arboriculture team. This is a full-time short term contract from September to mid-December, with potential to become a permanent position if we're a fit for each other. The Position
The Climbing Arborist - Crew Lead reports to the Owner, and has responsibility for:

Tree care services, including removals and pruning over 14’

Performing and overseeing operations at job sites

Safety at the job site





Communicating effectively with clients at job sitesMentoring other crew members

You might be the ideal person if:

You enjoy working with people as much as you enjoy working with trees

You have experience crew leading with a company that focuses on pruning and tree retention rather than removals

You’re friendly and professional

You view pruning and high-quality tree work as your craft

You have an ISA Certification and 5 years climbing experience

You have a valid BC Driver’s Licence & clean driving record

You are physically fit, aware of body positioning during tasks, able to lift heavy objects & work in inclement weather
