In this position, you will manage a team of up to four while handling daily landscaping tasks. Your leadership will motivate and develop team members, ensuring high-quality work that exceeds client expectations. You will also operate equipment such as mini-excavators and skid steers, contributing to various construction projects like interlock installations and fences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a small landscaping team
• Operate various landscape construction equipment
• Perform installations of hardscape features
• Address client questions and concerns professionally
• Prepare daily reports and paperwork

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in Landscape Construction
• Previous leadership/supervisory experience
• Valid G license and clean driving abstract
• Own transportation required
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
