You will work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders to promote teamwork and adherence to client and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide mentoring and coaching to forepersons and crews
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements
• Monitor work progress and communicate updates




• Coordinate manpower needs with the Superintendent

Requirements:
• Technical Trade Certificate or Journeyperson Certification
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience
