This position offers full-time employment with up to 60 hours per week starting January 5, 2027. Although no prior experience is necessary, you will receive training to apply essential agricultural techniques, including planting, cultivating, and maintaining vineyards. This job guarantees an immersive experience in viticulture, requiring strong attention to detail and physical endurance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply hoeing techniques between vineyard rows
• Maintain growth of vines and grapes
• Plant, cultivate, and irrigate grape crops
• Harvest crops and clean the produce
• Weeding and greenhouse cleaning tasks
Requirements:
• Must be a Canadian citizen or resident
• Physical ability to handle heavy loads (up to 50 lbs)
• Willingness to work in wet, dusty, and hot conditions
• Flexibility for various shift timings
• Ability to work outdoors consistently
