As the Global Head of Biostatistics, you will guide 100-125 professionals within a pivotal leadership role. Your focus will be on shaping Biostatistics strategy that aligns with Roche's research and development goals. Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders from PD-DSA, you'll foster creative statistical methodologies that uphold scientific rigor and drive impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Biostatistics strategy
• Provide leadership to Therapeutic Area-aligned Biostatistics Leaders
• Ensure early integration of biostatistical considerations in study designs




• Partner with clinical and regulatory teams on statistical strategies
• Represent Biostatistics in industry forums and collaborations

Requirements:
• PhD or advanced degree in Statistics or Biostatistics
• Over 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech
• Knowledge of GCP and regulatory compliance standards
• Strong understanding of the drug development lifecycle
• Proven track record in building internal and external partnerships
